Your Special Place is conveniently located on Malecon Balta in the heart of Miraflores. It is fully equipped for your stay with all bedding,towels,cable TV,DVD ,Electronic Safe and your own personal cell phone during your stay.
Rates are $400.00 for one week
$1200.00 for 1 month
plus a one time $10.00 cleaning fee
Airport pick-up, laundry & cleaning service can be arranged
Reservations require a 30% credit card deposit(via Paypal + 4%)
Balance plus security deposit due in cash upon arrival.
Security deposit is $150.00 and will be refunded upon satisfactory final inspection.
